How to Send the LinkQualify Contractor Prequalification Requirements Letter Template

Use this letter to review the contractor prequalification requirements for LinkQualify and understand what to expect before work begins.

The letter explains that contractors may be required to upload certificate of insurance documents, complete contractor agreement documents, and provide other required information in the LinkQualify portal. It also explains that this service is provided at no cost to contractors.

What this letter includes

This letter provides:

  • an overview of the contractor prequalification process
  • the effective date for the program
  • notification that an email from system@app.pearsonsafety.com will be sent to begin the process
  • guidance to whitelist the Pearson Safety Solutions email domain, if needed
  • a reminder that contractor approval is required before entering the facility
  • support contact information for registration and technical questions

What contractors should expect

After receiving the welcome email, contractors should log in to LinkQualify and begin completing the requested items. This may include:

  • uploading certificate of insurance documents
  • completing required contractor agreements
  • reviewing sample documents
  • providing any other requested company information

Instructions may also be included with the letter or available as a sample document within the LinkQualify request.
