How to Use LinkQualify to Manage Contractor Requests

LinkQualify helps you manage contractor requests in one place. This article explains how to log in, view contractor requests, invite a contractor, check approval status, and review required items.

Log in to LinkQualify

  1. Go to www.pearsonsafety.com/login.
  2. Enter the username and password provided to you.
  3. Click Login.

Open the Contractor Dashboard

  1. Navigate to the Contractor Dashboard tab.
  2. Under Outgoing Requests, you will see a summary of all contractor requests.
  3. To open a contractor record, click the eye icon next to that contractor.
  4. To find a specific contractor, use the search box on the right side of the page.

Invite a Contractor

  1. From the Contractor Dashboard, click Create Request.
  2. In the Requested Org field, search for the company.
  3. If the company does not appear, click Invite a New Organization and enter the company and contact information.
  4. Select the correct Package.
  5. Click Save to send the request.

Check Approval Status

You can review contractor approval in either of these places:

  • On the Outgoing Requests page
  • Inside the contractor record, using the status bar at the top of the page

Review Required Items

To view required items for a contractor:

  1. Open the appropriate tab for the item you want to review.
  2. Click the available View button to open documents or certificates of insurance.
  3. Review the listed status for each item.
