How to Use LinkQualify to Manage Contractor Requests
LinkQualify helps you manage contractor requests in one place. This article explains how to log in, view contractor requests, invite a contractor, check approval status, and review required items.
Log in to LinkQualify
- Go to www.pearsonsafety.com/login.
- Enter the username and password provided to you.
- Click Login.
Open the Contractor Dashboard
- Navigate to the Contractor Dashboard tab.
- Under Outgoing Requests, you will see a summary of all contractor requests.
- To open a contractor record, click the eye icon next to that contractor.
- To find a specific contractor, use the search box on the right side of the page.
Invite a Contractor
- From the Contractor Dashboard, click Create Request.
- In the Requested Org field, search for the company.
- If the company does not appear, click Invite a New Organization and enter the company and contact information.
- Select the correct Package.
- Click Save to send the request.
Check Approval Status
You can review contractor approval in either of these places:
- On the Outgoing Requests page
- Inside the contractor record, using the status bar at the top of the page
Review Required Items
To view required items for a contractor:
- Open the appropriate tab for the item you want to review.
- Click the available View button to open documents or certificates of insurance.
- Review the listed status for each item.
