Notes for administrators
Training time
List the estimated completion time for each role so employees know what to expect before they begin. The training time will be discussed with the Safety manager. It will be listed on the training plan you have.
Username format
If employees have a company email address, their username should be their email address.
If employees do not have a company email address, use the username format:
FirstName.LastName. and then the ending decided by you and Pearson.
Password format
Use the employee’s last name and assigned numbers in the required password format.
Because some employees may have multiple last names, confirm the correct last name format before sending credentials.
Language timing
If employees will complete training in Spanish or another supported language, allow additional time because module length may vary.
