How to run a report in LinkSuite.
Log in to LinkSuite
- Go to www.pearsonsafety.com/login and login.
Run an Online Training Report
- On the left navigation menu, select Reports > User Reports.
- Select Customized Report.
- Select the filters you want to apply (Roles, Sites, Departments, Status, or Training Assignment Type).
- You can download this report onto a spreadsheet by clicking the "Excel" tab at the bottom.
Run a Customized Online Training Report
1. Click "Administration" at the top of the webpage.
2. Filter the Sites, Departments, Profile, Roles, or select Individual users. (If Individual users is selected, the next page will provide a search bar.
Run a Live Training Report
- Go to the live training reports area.
- Select the appropriate filters.
- Run the report to review instructor-led training records.
