How to assign training with LinkSuite.
Log in to LinkSuite
- Go to www.pearsonsafety.com/login.
- Enter the username and password provided by PSS.
- Select Log In.
Assign On-Demand Training to an Individual
- To select a specific user, on the left-hand menu, click "Admin Tools".
- Select Online Training
- From the Online Training menu, Select the option Assign online training courses.
- Click the box next to Include ALL users, then click Search Now.
- Search and click the name(s) of the user(s) you are assigning training then click the ">" icon to move them to the right side box then click Save and Continue. (If you wish to move all users in the left-side box, click the ">>I" icon. To remove users, click the individual or group of users and click "<" or "I<<" icon.)
- Choose the appropriate module or course.
- Set the due date as needed.
- The default due date is 2 weeks.
- Save the assignment.
Assign On-Demand Training to a Group
- Open the group training assignment area.
- Select the group, site, department, or other target audience.
- Choose the training module to assign.
- Set the due date as needed.
- When reassigning training, choose one of the following options:
- Assign the module again
- Do NOT assign the module again
- Save the assignment
