How to assign training with LinkSuite.

Log in to LinkSuite

  1. Go to www.pearsonsafety.com/login.
  2. Enter the username and password provided by PSS.
  3. Select Log In.

Assign On-Demand Training to an Individual

  1. To select a specific user, on the left-hand menu, click "Admin Tools".
  2. Select Online Training
  3. From the Online Training menu, Select the option Assign online training courses.
  4. Click the box next to Include ALL users, then click Search Now.
  5. Search and click the name(s) of the user(s) you are assigning training then click the ">" icon to move them to the right side box then click Save and Continue. (If you wish to move all users in the left-side box, click the ">>I" icon. To remove users, click the individual or group of users and click "<" or "I<<" icon.)
  6. Choose the appropriate module or course.
  7. Set the due date as needed.
  8. The default due date is 2 weeks.
  9. Save the assignment.

Assign On-Demand Training to a Group

  1. Open the group training assignment area.
  2. Select the group, site, department, or other target audience.
  3. Choose the training module to assign.
  4. Set the due date as needed.
  5. When reassigning training, choose one of the following options:
    1. Assign the module again
    2. Do NOT assign the module again
  6. Save the assignment
